Ordered the salami and ndjua sourdough pizza for delivery i was sent a pizza with raw dough so i asked them to remake it for me and was very polite and understanding i was then delivered a second pizza which was underbaked too i didnt get any compensation or a apologie

Completely ruined our valentines celebration!
At least a 2 hour or more delivery time wait
Extra Toppings I had paid for was not included in my order
X2 garlic and herb sauces 1 size S, 1 size L again was not included in my order
Pizza/ garlic cheesy bites were actually cold upon arrival
Waaaay too much ham over powering the taste flavours on the meat feast
Incorrect sauces applies
Messy complicated delivery driver incorrect address
Rude disgusting lack of good customer service skills over the telephone poor communication skills

When I tried to contact them instantly after having received the order ofc there was no answer at all, tried to call again the next day which sounded reassuring the first time calling some lady said that she would help to fix things but, the complaint manager is not available right now they will be in at 5 this afternoon, I then called back that same day afternoon at 5 twice in one day and this time round I honestly had some really rude Chavy kinda lad on the phone really poor customer service skills, blunt, to the point and then starting to be really difficult dancing around the obvious, no mannerisms. Said the manager has just left i have just missed them please call back Monday afternoon which I had made my order on the Friday evening the day before valentines.. this would now be the 3rd time calling 3 days later still trying to resolve the fact that there was clearly items missing from my Oder which I had specifically had obviously paid extra for which you can see on my order receipt so god knows why there was no grilled chicken literally again none of the sauces that I had paid extra for. I phoned them up again today on the Monday as suggested, I asked to speak to the manager and again I was told the manager is not here not here right now even though this is the 3rd time they had asked me to call back because the manager would be available at that certain time they had suggested?? Mind boggling. They then started to say there’s nothing they can do it’s all down to ‘just eat’ it’s all there fault that the order was wrong and I need to raise the issue with them via the app… just eat are not the people making the pizza though are they ?? Expect to wait at least 2 hrs or more for a delivery as the ‘estimated delivery time’ literally kept changing which then lead to a 2 hour wait.. horrendous delivery driver didn’t even attempting to find my address before knocking on pretty much every door on my street before making the effort to even find my address? Was watching him from my driveway parked at the end of my road and went into at least 3 different people houses before even attempting to look for my correct address which is when I then had to shout to get his attention and literally walk down the road in the rain. The cheese Garlic bites and the pizza arrived upon arrival COLD, my x2 sauces I have paid for were not included leaving me with 2x S size sauces one flavour that I really don’t like and then I was left with 1 garlic and herb dip for a L size meat feast? Where are the L size garlic and Hearn dip sauces that I have paid for how can you expect me to eat a L size cold meat feast pizza with just 1 S size sauce ? Even though I have paid extra for the grilled chicken that was not included in my order! No sauces no chicken honestly so dry! Waaay too much had just dumped right into the middle centre of the pizza completely over powering all the other meats all you could taste was thick chunky dry ham and waaaay too much tomato puree seriously worst pizza I have had in a looong time how daaaare theeeey ruuuin our meal especially in valentines? The poor communication skill the attitude from the person on the telephone honestly was just damn right shooting certainly would not recommend and what a shame never again 100% have lost yourself a customer!
Outrageously horrendous and seriously furious upset not acceptable and will not tolerate the nonsense. Absolute headache and so unnecessarily stressful! V unpleasant experience to say the least!

I ordered pizza over telephone, He kept on saying “i cant hear you”, “i don't understand” after about 2 minutes he dropped, i called again to check if my order went through , before i could ask he said” i said i don't understand you”, just as i was to give phone to my colleague he had hung up,
I had to call again so that i can be sure if the order went through or not, the phone was ignored 2 times. Because it was a company order i had to walk down to the Shop and check, I had to start the order again, and he repeated “ i cant hear you “.
I understand i might not be very fluent in English but At least a bit of kindness would do. After walking all the way , he could have Atleast said “sorry” other than repeating “i cant hear you” .
Nonetheless the PIZZA was really nice but
the service was not the best really the best but well what can i do.
